These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LED Display & AV Pty Ltd website and the purchase or hire of LED display products and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
LED Display & AV Pty Ltd (ABN 56 695 644 261) operates under the laws of Australia.
LED Display & AV Pty Ltd provides LED display screens for hire and permanent sale across New South Wales and Victoria. Our services include supply, delivery, installation, and support of LED display products.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to any work commencing.
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or invoice. We reserve the right to require a deposit prior to confirming a booking or order. Full payment may be required prior to delivery or installation depending on the nature of the engagement.
LED display products sold by LED Display & AV Pty Ltd come with a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or environmental factors outside of normal operating specifications.
Warranty claims should be directed to sales@leddisplay.com.au.
Hire of LED display equipment is subject to a separate hire agreement provided at the time of booking. The hirer is responsible for the safe use and care of the equipment during the hire period. Any damage to hired equipment beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the hirer.
Equipment remains the property of LED Display & AV Pty Ltd at all times during the hire period.
To the extent permitted by law, LED Display & AV Pty Ltd limits its liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
